The forms settings menu disappeared

Excuse me for the quality of my message, but I made a translation with Google Translate.

In wanting to check the settings for anti spam, I've realized that the option settings menu for forms (Base, results, Email Option, etc.) is no longer present. Even if I made a new form, the menu is not present. Visform up to date, as I even made a re-installation with the file visform 3.7.4, but it does not solve the problem.

There is a post here on the forum which deal with a similar problem but it is in German and therefore I will try to repeat in short, what is written there.

The problem does not come from Visforms in the first place and it occures only very rarely.

The problem comes from the Tinymce plugin.
It looks as if the Joomla! Update does not work 100% properly for the Tinymce.
After disabling the Tinymce, the tabs in the form configuration reappeared.
After some further test it looks that it is possible to activate the tinymce but only use the option "Functionality" set to "simple".
Mayby checking if all editor files were installed properly with the Joomla! update can help, too.

Another person hat a POWr Icon plugin installed on there website. Maybe this plugin is not really compatible with Joomla! 3.5.1 but after this plugin was unpublished the tabs in form configuration reappered.

There may be other extensions on your website (most probably plugins) which are not compatible with Joomla 3.5.1 and which could cause the problem.

we just had a post that this seems to be a problem of the isis admin template. After reinstalling the template from here everything worked fine again.

Helix3 I use as template.

The femplate used in the administration. This ist not the same templates as the one used in the frond end of the site. The administrator template usually comes directly with your Joomla! Installation and the default is the ISIS Template.
