visforms minor problem

Hi
This is my first post so please go easy on me.

I created a Jommla 3 website for a friend about four months ago and created three forms with visforms.
All forms have worked well until recently and I am unsure why.

In the last week or so all three forms are not sending the data to the relevant email addresses. Instead they are giving this result "
Invalid address:
The Page you are looking for doesn't exist or an other error occurred.
Go back, or head over to the home page to choose a new direction.

I have set the redirect url to the site homepage but this has not fixed the problem.

I am unsure if it has happened as a result of updating to joomla 3.5.
I thought it my be a captcha problem but I have re-created on of the forms in a temporary location on the site and it seems to be working. I know I could re-create all three but I am concerned that it may happen again in the future and would prefer to resolve the problem.

Is it likely this is a visforms issue of something else?
I would be grateful of any suggestions...

I will check this out now.

I had to re-create the forms as he didn't want the error on the site.
