Feature request

Dear Aicha,

We have an "Email Receipt Text" area on Mail Options tab. I wanted to send a bit long text to the form submitter and I would like to use pharagraps. I don't want to send HTML email, just make the text separate. Because now, my text (40+ row) will be on one line in the received e-mail.

Can you do something about this please?

the "Email Receipt Text" is an editor field. It's intention is, to use the editor Options to format the text (for example with paragraphs) or by including links or images or header tags...

Visforms does send HTML-Mail anyway and that will not change because most people want to sent formatted text.. So just use p-Tags.

Oh... interesting.

In this case, I need help not a feature – because I see a blank textarea. Is it work only with TinyMCE?
I use CK Editor but it is not loading there. Do you have any suggestion?

yes it is only working with tinymce because tinymce is the only editor delivered with the joomla core that works correctly when you have more than one editor on a page (like in the form configuration).
At least this was the case up to Joomla! 3.5
In Joomla! 3.5 they made some changes to the editors and the editors are still a bit buggy (displaying different editor extended buttons for different editors on one page does no longer work properly), but I made an issue at the Joomla! issue tracker and hopefully this will be fixed with the next Joomla! 3.5 release.

So you have at least to set the tinymce plugin to enabled. You do not need to select it as default editor in the system configuration.
