Hello,

I just downloaded your plugin yesterday, and I am testing it. Joomla 2.5.9.

I just got a new registered user in website, but he/she does not show up in analytics tracking software.

Analytics software is very accurate about real users vs. bots, code includes non-javascript tracking code. However, I can clearly see the user's PI in server logs, and matching time of registration/confirmation.

I interpret this as "the bot who got in."

What can I do to make sure your plugin is working?

Hi,

the plugin relies on information in online spambot databases. Only spammers that are listed in the databases are blocked. Therefore it might be possible, that a newly created bot is able to register on your page, if it's not yet liested. Nevertheless those databases are usually very much up to date and a new spammer will be listed soon (thanks to a great anti spam community).

Even if a bot is able to register on your website (because it's not yet listed) it will fail to login as soon as it is listed in one of the databases.
