Joomla 6 Notice

Hello!

nice plugin spambootchek.

But we experience one problem. When our user press "register" some time needed to connect to your site to check (_isSpammer proc). Browser hangs temporarily. User press 'register' second time second POST appear in log. then both post processed (he is not spammer). But in joomla DB two identical user appeared.

Hi Demonobond,

thanks for this informations. I'll try to find a solutions (e.g. enable submit button while plugin is working) for my next release.

If you use an older version of the plugin (1.0.2 for Joomla 1.5 or 1.1.2 Joomla 2.5) there is UNDISPOSABLE.NET as a database to check against. This database and website is no longer available and will cause the plugin to wait until sever timeout. So you may speed the response if you disable this parameter.

It seems to me that uploading doesn't work in my forum. I'm ashamed. Sorry.
