Hallo zusammen, nach gefühlt ewigem Probieren muss ich mich jetzt doch nachfragen.
Wir wollen ein mehrspaltiges Kontaktformular auf einer Webseite erstellen.

Joomla!-Version 3.7.0

Visforms Version 3.8.23

Visforms Subscription - 1.2.4 (bezahlt und aktiv)

Dennoch sehe ich die Bootstrap3 Layout Option nicht.

Hallo,

wenn die Option nicht angezeigt wird, dann ist die Subscription vermutlich nicht korrekt installiert.

Hast du den Abschnitt "Woran sehe ich, ob die Installation wirklich erfolgreich war?" im Beitrag www.vi-solutions.de/de/support/dokumenta...stallationsanleitung gelesen und geprüft, ob da alles stimmt?

Wenn es danach immer noch nicht geht, könnte ich dann mal einen Blick in die Administration der Seite werfen?
