More than one field in Conditional fields

More than one field in Conditional fields was created by Stefano
I searched on the site and the forum but without find a confirmation. It is possible to have more than one field shown by only one conditional field?

IE.

Field A (check box Yes|No)
If Field A is checked to NO Then:
---
Field B (text)
Field C (text)
Filed D (text)
---

Hi,
my bad...
the conditional field in the text field is at the very bottom of the page.. the first time I haven't saw it and the second time I have not save the new field before,
so no value in this field was showed.

In any case I suggest you to write that there is this possibility also in the documentation, where you talk about "Depth of conditions" field.
