Joomla 6 Notice

Hi,

I try to export form-rows in the backoffice, but after selecting one or mor items, the selection is undone when clicking on Export. Therefore an empty Excel file is made.
This bug is in all my websites.

I am using Joomla 3.8.1 and Visforms 3.10.1.

Hi Peter,

when you check recordsets in the Joomla! administration and perform a task on them (i.e. publish record sets) they always get unselected. This is intended standard behavior.

You problem is different.
I guess, that the record sets in the Visform data view in the administration are all unpublished. You have to adapt the export options in your form then. There is an export option in the form configuration -> advanced "Published Datasets Only" which most probably is set to "yes" (because this is the default for this option). Set this option to "no" and try again.
