Good Morning,

I added text in the box "Email Receipt Text" --100 words. which was a copy-paste text from a word document.

When pressed save, the following error appeared..

Error
Save failed with the following error: Row size too large (> 8126). Changing some columns to TEXT or BLOB or using ROW_FORMAT=DYNAMIC or ROW_FORMAT=COMPRESSED may help. In current row format, BLOB prefix of 768 bytes is stored inline.

Any ideas?

Hi,
I'm sorry for your trouble.
This problem is due to the 'innodb_log_file_size' setting in your mysql-server configuration, which is simply to restrictive.
