Joomla 6 Notice

front end editor - how to add link was created by rusasadmins
The editor on the front end, both in HTML form fields and when editing data, does not appear allow for creating links.  Can this be enabled?

no it can't
Please use the field of type url, if you want a user t be able to post a Link
