Hi Michael,

your problem has nothing to do with Visforms and is probably due to an unfavorable PHP configuration.
There may be no or an incorrect (unknown) standard time zone set in the PHP configuration.
It's the very first time I'm hearing about this problem.
Possibly just google for 'CEST/2.0/DST' and find out, like I just did.
