Die Meldung ist ein Zeichen dafür, das die IP unter der das Formular abgeschickt wurde in einer online Spamschutz-Datenbank gelistet ist.
Das ist ernst zu nehmen und ich empfehle dem weiter nachzugehen.
Wenn das Formular von einer anderen 'ungefährlichen' IP aus gesendet wird, dann erscheint keine Meldung.
Das Visforms Spamschutz-Plugin kann weitreichend konfiguriert werden.
Eine Alternative ist ein Captcha.
Ich empfehle aber die Verwendung des Visforms Spamschutz-Plugin.
Eine spanische und englische Version der Antwort sind auch enthalten.

el mensaje proviene de nuestro complemento de protección contra correo no deseado Visforms.

Protección contra correo no deseado para formularios:

Se instala junto con Visforms.
Todos los ajustes deben realizarse por formulario:

El mensaje es una señal de que la IP con la que se envió el formulario figura en una base de datos de protección contra spam en línea.
Esto debe tomarse en serio y recomiendo seguir adelante.
Si el formulario se envía desde otra IP 'segura', no aparece ningún mensaje.
El complemento de protección contra correo no deseado Visforms se puede configurar ampliamente.
Una alternativa es un captcha.
Sin embargo, recomiendo usar el complemento de protección antispam de Visforms.
También se incluye una versión en español e inglés de la respuesta.
