Hello Hello markdebokx,,
I've switched it off: same results:
Just so I understand you correctly, what exactly have you switched off and what is the result?
I've tried another editor (JCE Pro):
When working with email templates and PDF templates, Visforms integrates a separate menu item in TinyMCE for inserting all placeholders.
This is why Visforms only works with TinyMCE and relies on it being activated.
TinyMCE must be the default editor for at least all form editors (administrators).
Ultimately, it could also be a JavaScript problem with a corresponding error.
Do you have a JavaScript error on the page?
If it's important to you, I can also debug this one page:
The question is whether you could provide us with an Akeeba backup of the website for debugging.
We use the following platform for this:
wetransfer.com/
Use the forum email address as the recipient: forum (--at--) vi-solutions.de.
Administrative access to the backend is not sufficient in this case.
Kind Regards, Ingmar
