Q1 - Can you please do the following?
- Enable logging for email sending for user email and administrator email:
Form Configuration >> 'Email Options' tab >> 'Admin Email' and 'User Email' sub-tabs >> 'Logging' group >> 'Log email sending' parameter = 'Yes'.
- Submit the form.
- Check the log file in the Inspector on the 'Submit' tab for email sending.
- Show us a meaningful screenshot of the log file or add the log file to the topic (copy, rename to *.txt, upload).
- Show us a meaningful screenshot of both email configurations.
