How to display text-input field output in "uppercase"

Client would like the text-input fields to display as all UPPERCASE letters, regardless of how information is entered.

How/Where do we change the CSS to force the from message to display the field entry in UPPERCASE?

BTW client is using our choice of Visiforms as the platform to send emergency messages to tenants of high-rise buildings when an incident arises.

You don't need to modify any existing CSS; you add your own specific CSS to, for example, a form or a data view.
How to do this is described in the documentation.

You can achieve this behavior with custom CSS and the Visforms 'Frontend Webassets'.
JavaScript is also possible this way.
