Missing option list after update

I recently updated Visforms from 3.1.2 to 3.7.7
After that I noticed that my select lists are empty.
I opened the field editor and got this alert message: Option list contains invalid data. Therefore option list was emptied.
I can see some json data in #__visfields table where f_select_list is an array which contains the data I need.
Can I fix it somehow or have to add the items again?

as you have already had the problem with the missing data base fields, I fear, that the update script was not executed properly on your installation and that other things, which are done by the script usually, are were not executed properly as well.

There was a format conversion of the option list options at some time and I think that on was not executed, too.

Do you have a backup of your Joomla! installation from before the Visforms update (or some other time before soon)?
I would really like to run this update with your Visforms 3.1.2 installation in my debugger. I fear there might be more problems with your database (other update code which was not performed) and maybe I could fix the update completely.

If you do not have a backup I think it is the fastest solution to add the options manually, again.

This problem is fixed with Visforms 3.7.8. (Direct update from Visforms 3.1.2 to 3.7.8 or higher)
