conditional fields not showing

Hi,
I created 4 conditional text fields, but when I select the option thay not showing.
I tested using different templates, but I can't resolve the issue.
The 4 conditional fields dipends on a select field where the 3°option is the conditon.
I tried to follow the instructions that I found in a post on this forum but I do not resolve the issue.

the only reason I know, why conditional fields do not work is, because there is a javascript error on the page. It is possible, that this error comes from your Visforms configuration or from a thirdparty extension, which you use on your website. Can you send me a link to the form?

yes it is like I suspected.
There is a javascript error on your website.
This is not caused by Visforms itself but causes Visforms (and Joomla! Core functions) not to work properly.

The Javascript error is SyntaxError: expected expression, got '<'

I cannot tell you exactly which extension or code causes the problem in the first place.
But there is a lot of javascript on the page.

I tried to change template to default beez3, and I disabled plugin but conditional fields not showing.
I can't see any js error using firefox console, just a message tha I can see in all pages:

after your changes, the number of javascript errors displayed in the firebug console has decreased, but on the page with the form there is still the following error. TypeError: jQuery.validator is undefined

Something is very strange with your website. When you view the html source you find the list of included javascript files. There are 2 javascirpt files includes which come with Visforms. The jquery.validate.min.js and the visforms.js. When you click on the script tag in the console, you usually see the javascript code of these files but on your website not the javascript code shows up but it looks to me as if there is an error document inside the script node, instead of the javascript. <title>404 - View non trovato [name, type, prefix]: category, js, contentView</title>......
Do you have any idea where this error might come from, I have not?
Could you please disable the captchas for the form, if they are enabled.
Maybe the problem has something to do with the recaptcha plugin.
