Who can see waht and what a user can do, depends on how you set up the ACL and the Edit Menu, but it is possible.
There will be a new menu item type "Mysubmissions" soon, which will allow a logged in user to see all submissions his/her submissions. Nobody else can see the submissions in frontend. This is a bit more straight foreword. Thiss will be part of the subscription.

Aicha

 I recommend you the new and up-to-date documentation for Joomla 4:
docs.joomla-5.visforms.vi-solutions.de/en/docs/
Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 3.
Please only ask 1 question per topic :-).
