Impossible de créer de nouveau formulaire ou de modifier les anciens formulaires

Bonjour,

j'utilise visforms (Visforms Version 3.8.24) depuis, sur mon site, JOOMLA 3. 6. 5
subitement, aujourd'hui je constate qu'il ne fonctionne plus normale.

je n'arrive plus à créer de nouveau formulaire parce que les boutons de commande suivant
« enregistrer », « enregistrer & fermer », « enregistrer & nouveau», « Annuler», ne fonctionnent pas (ne réagissent pas au clic),


lorsque j'ouvre un ancien formulaire pour une modification, les boutons « enregistrer », « enregistrer & fermer », « enregistrer & nouveau», « enregistrer une copie », « fields», « data », « close», ne fonctionnent pas (ne réagissent pas au clic),

je constate que lorsque j'ouvre les données (datas)



ou



les boutons fonctionnent normalement.

svp, comment résoudre ce problème???

I think that you have a Javascript problem in those views, where the buttons do not work.
This happens very rarely and is then mostly caused by a third party plugin.
Such plugins can be part of a template or an third party editor or some component which you have installed on your website. Most problable is an "System Plugin" or an "Editor xtd" plugin, causing the problem.

You can use your browser console and try to get more information about the problem (what error message is logged in the console and to what extension does it point) which will probably help you find the source of the problem more quickly. Alternatively you can check your plugins and try to fix it by disabling third party plugins until, the Visforms Adminstration starts to work again.

Other possible sources of the problem can be old javascirpt files cached by the browser or that the Tinymce Editor installation is broken on your website or that the administator template installation of your website ist broken.

I'm sorry, but without more information I cannot advice better.
