Joomla 6 Notice

We are pleased to announce that all our Joomla extensions have been compatible with Joomla 6 since October 14th, 2025.

Form submit failed

File 167 -859.jpg has invalid name. Name must only contain alphanumeric characters and no spaces.

How to allow spaces and special characters in file upload name.

It would be helpful to know, which Visforms and which Joomla! version you are using.
On the current Visforms versions (3.9.1) I can upload an image with the file name you describe, without any problems. I think, I can remember, that on older versions, there was a problem with such file names, which I have fixed at some time.

ok. This is such an older version. The problem is fixed in the current Visforms version.
