Joomla 6 Notice

Hallo Zusammen,

gibt es irgendwo die Möglichkeit anstatt einer statischen Absender Mail Adresse, die Mail Adresse des Formular-Absenders einzusetzen?
In dem konkreten Fall soll die Mail direkt in ein Ticketsystem geschickt werden. Das kann jedoch die Anfrage nur richtig anlegen, wenn die Absenderadresse des Kunden hinterlegt ist.

Hallo,

nein das geht nicht.
Solche Mails werden überall als Spam geblockt, weil die Empfänger rausfinden, dass die Mail nicht wirklich von dieser E-Mail-Adresse aus verschickt wurde und das gilt dann als hochgradig versdächtig.

Die E-Mail-Adresse aus dem Formular wird als Reply-To aber mitübertragen.

Schade - mit Reply-To kann das Ticketsystem nichts anfangen.
