Hi,

what is your Visforms version?
Did you run a Visforms Update lately?

What is your Joomla! version?
Do you edit the record set in frontend (using the Visforms Subscription) or in the administration?
If you have a Visforms Subscription, what is the version?

Regards,
Aicha

Hi,

in Visforms 3.10.1 I added to fields to the data tables "modified" and "modfied_by". The update script which is executed during the update tries to add these two fields to each visforms data tables.

Actually it looks to me, as if you have tried to update to a Visforms Version greater or equal 3.10.1 at some time. It looks to me, as if you have the files of the Visforms. 3.10.x installation on your website (which expect the fields modified and modified_by in the data tables). Further on it looks, as if the update may have had a major problem and therefore the database was not updated and the Visforms Version information was not updated, too. (Could you check for the value of the "version" node in the visforms.xml file in administrator/compontents/com_visforms folder)?

Regards,
Aicha

Hi,

although the version node is just not visible in your response, from the date I can see that this is the xml file that matches Visforms 3.9.1.

This is tricky to fix, because I still think, that you must have files from Visforms 3.101 or higher on your website but the table structure from Visforms 3.9.

Maybe the best solution would be, if you made a complete backup of your website and database first and then try to install the latest Visforms version (3.10.3).

It it is still not working then, we have to fix the tables in the database manually.

Or I could send you the installation of Visforms 3.9.2 via private mail and you could try to install that version, which should match with your table structure.

Regards,
Aicha
