I do not know if i can create such form with Visforms.
For example, if i want create field - Study, and i finished 4 university. It is possible only with one field textarea.
Will you plan to create plugin for nestet forms or tables. Or it impossible? Or how organize such non simple forms?

at the moment I do not plan on such a feature, because it fits so badly with other useful Visforms features, i.e. calculation, frontend data views with searchtools, data export. into a csv file, use placeholder in mails an texts....

I agree, that maybe Visforms is not the best tool for you, because it's focus certainly does not lie in the direction you need. You have to consider carefully what you need exactly (which degree of flexibility you really need and where) and how you could structure this into a form. After that you should be able to decide, whether you can achive this with Visforms or not.
