Visforms Form not shown, only Data

I have a Visforms form with filled out form basic and associated data. The form description of basic is not shown, only the data. It worked long time but now not more. Status and access of form basic is public.

The form is opened by a menu item type 'form data with edit link' and the form name. Status is published and access is published.

actually it was never the inteded behviour, that the description which you enter in the basic form configuration is displayed in the data views.
There is a separate description option in the "Dataview in Frontend" form configuration for this purpose.

The basic description is displayed with the form view. I do not understand what you mean with "(put public)".

"The basic description is displayed with the form view" means only internally for the administrator? If I write something in the basic description nothing of it is displayed public of the form.

The text you type into the basic description is displayed at the top of the form in the frontend. Just like on our demo forms (i.e. www.vi-solutions.de/en/demo-registration-form the text at the top of the form is the text I entered into the description option).
It works on other websites flawless as well.
Is it possible, that you have created overrides for visForms in your template.
