Urgent problem with Summary

Hi

We recently purchased a subscription for Visforms.

I have created a new form that has a lot of fields with conditions and I have enabled the Summary page option. Everything was working fine but suddenly without any changes to the form the Summary button does not respond. If you leave a required field empty and select the summary button Visforms tells you the field is required however, you cannot move beyond the summary button and can't get to see the summary page.

Can you tell me what could be wrong or some things to try?

Hi, I,m not exactly sure if I understand correctly. You have to enter valid values in each field, before you can got to the summary page.
So does the summary button not work even, after you have corrected all invalid user inputs? If so I would need to take a look at the form.

ok, as I told, I then need to take a look at the form directly in order to check what might be the problem.
Have you updated visForms and the subscription to the latest versions (3.12.10/3.3.11)?
There actually was a bugfix for the summary page feature in the subscription 3.3.11 update. (See: www.vi-solutions.de/en/documentations/do...tion-release-history )

Hi, thanks for the update. Thinking about it.... the last thing I did at the weekend was to upgrade to 3.12.10. Can I downgrade back to where I was to test the form again?

I can arrange for a remote session for you to see the form. I'm not able to grant you administration access independently however, via a remote session I can log you in etc.

Have cleared cached javascript from the browser cache?
Downgrading is no option.
Do you have any javascript errors in the browser console?
Have you upated the subscription to 3.3.11, too?
