Joomla 6 Notice

We are pleased to announce that all our Joomla extensions have been compatible with Joomla 6 since October 14th, 2025.

Hi,
I'm sorry, that we did not finish this post properly, with the notice, that the feature was implemented.
The feature was actually released with the next release after your post, in March 2020.
If you use the Editor Plugin "visformsfields" in order to add placeholder to your PDF document, you will find multiple placeholder for upload fields providing additional option, i.e. (Image as Image).
In the text, the placeholder looks as follows

${fieldnameinlowercase|ASIMAGE}
