Hallo,

die Zustellung der Bestätigungsmail scheint zu Fehlern zu führen. Im Testbetrieb tauchten diese nie auf und ich rätsel nun, wo der Grund liegen könnte für: "Our system has detected that this 550-5.7.1 message does not meet IPv6 sending guidelines"

Vielen Dank für einen Tipp.

Hallo,

Innerhalb von Visforms ist das Versenden von E-Mail eine sehr stabile und fehlerfreie Funktionalität.

Am Workflow des Versendens von Mails sind aber zahlreiche Player beteiligt (insbesondere Joomla!, der Webmailer, der Provider, der E-Mail Client Server, IP Blacklisten und Spamfilter….).
Es ist regelmäßig die Konfiguration dieser Player, die dafür verantwortlich sind, dass E-Mail nicht wie erwartet ankommen.
Diese Bereiche sind nicht Teil des Visforms Codes, sondern liegen in der Verantwortung des jeweiligen Administrators.
Bitte wende dich mit diesem Problem an deinen Provider/Mail Server Provider.
