Hallo Agnes,
schön, dass du die Dokumentation gelesen hattest.
Ja, Platzhalter in den E-Mail Optionen in der Formularkonfiguration sind nur bei Betreff und im E-Mail Text vorgesehen.
Alle Möglichkeiten des Custom Mail Adress sind in der Dokumentation vollständig beschrieben.
Und in der Benutzermail wird ja automatisch immer die im Formular hinterlegte E-Mailadresse verwendet.
