Joomla 6 Notice

To lower the price of a total calculated field. Same idea as on your website when you pay for the subscription.

I have 2 Select option fields that are being calculated in total price, and I would like to add a coupon field for a discount of that total price.

Hi,
thanks for the clarification.
There is no generic way to do this.

All values, that go into a calculation must me numeric.
The only way i see is,that your coupon codes would be true numbers and you implment the validation, if a number, which is entered in the "coupon" field inside the calculation. (With a nested if statement)
