Hallo zusammen,

ich habe die Unlimited-Subscription und wollte fragen ob eine weitere beta-Version für für Joomla 4 beta-Versionen geplant ist.

Die angebotene Version visForms_j4.0.0_4.0.0_j4alpha11.zip ist leider nicht mit der aktuellen Version 4.0.0-beta7 kompatibel.

Hallo,
vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung.

Aktuell ist dies nicht geplant.
Joomla! 4 wurde im Entwicklungsprozess extrem oft grundsätzlich geändert mit der Folge, dass Komponenten für Joomla! 4 nach praktisch jedem neuen Release von Joomla! nicht mehr funktioniert haben.

Joomla! 4 ist nicht in einem Zustand für den es sich lohnt eine angepasste Komponentenversion zu entwickeln.
Das ist leider Zeitverschwendung.

Ich gehe davon aus, dass Joomla! 4, wenn es denn stabil released wird, eine sehr gute Software sein wird.
Allerdings zeigen die extrem langen Entwicklungszeiten (das erste stabile Joomla! war glaube ich für Dezember 2017 angekündigt gewesen), dass der Weg dort hin schwierig ist.

Ich werde mich endgültig erst wieder mit diesem Thema befassen, wenn klar ist, dass es an Joomla keine grundsätzlichen Änderungen mehr geben wird.
