Hi,
I'm really sorry for your trouble!
First of all some background information.
We continously develop new feature.
Therefore we often provide a stable version and a beta version at the same time.
We only distribute the stable version through the update manager and when somebody purchases the subscription.
This is why you had the 3.13.15 & 3.14 which were the stable versions until yesterday.
We allways provide the beta versions in our download manager, so that people who wants to use the new feature, can get the beta versions.
At some point the beta versions and the new feature are used be lots of people (hundreds) and therefore are tested in many different environments.
In addition, we test each update extensively ourselves.
If a beta version is used by a considerable number of people and tested successfully by ourselves, we start providing it as stable version (basically we do not distinguish between beta and other pre stable versions for reasons of simplicity, but in the end the beta is very well tested).
At that moment we start distributing it through Joomla! Update Manager, too.
This is, what I did yesterday.
I have installed the update of Visforms and Subscription already on lots of different websites and they use it without any problem.
So I really think, your problem is, again, caused by the individual configuration of your website/server.
Basically I think, that the request against the databse, which should return the stored forms, does not work properly but I have no idea, what the reason might be.
When you install a visforms update, visforms will write a log file with the basic update information.
You can find this file in the logs directory set in the configuration of your website.
Could you send me this file (visforms_update.php)
Further on, you could try to set the "Error Reporting" level to "Development" (in the global configuration).
Maybe there is an error message, which could help.
Would it be possible to provide me with a full akeeba backup of the website?
Maybe there is something more to this problem and therefore I would like to look into it.
Regards,
Aicha
P.S. mailing the video link was the correct move
