All my forms are inaccessible after update

Hello,
First off, when I downloaded this component, I believed I downloaded the "latest and greatest - stable" version available at the time. Those versions were 3.13.15 & 3.14.4 (on March 24)

Today was the first notification of update I've received, so I did.

Now, I am unable to see any of the forms I created in the Dashboard on the backend, but the forms still display on the front end. In fact, I can still access all the form data from the front end, but I can't see or edit any of the forms from the backend.

I have not been able to really search or locate any information to indicate there was any upgrade process (other than backup) that I didn't do, but I could easily be wrong.

Please help.

In your site database are tables prefix_visforms, prefix_visfields and others?

Yes, and they are both populated.

Naive question: did your clear cache after update?

Good call, but yes, I did.
I'm considering trying to "step-back" to the previous version and see if that at least brings them back.

"Stepping back" did not work.

Forms are still available on the front end, and data is available on the front end

But no forms are available on the back end.
