Problem with viewing form results frontend

Problem with viewing form results frontend was created by Daviciacus
Hello,

I am trying to set up a menu item to display the results of a particular form frontend on the site for a certain user group. I have enabled this in the general options of the extension, and also in the settings of one form (the one I am testing with a menu item so far).

However, the result is that not much is displayed. For every result of that form, I only see three things: ID, IP address and date (which I have all enabled indeed). But none of the other fields are listed, nor what was submitted in them.

Can you please let me know what I did wrong and how I can fix this?

Thank you.

Hi,
Visforms is very restrictive in order to prevent submitted data from accidentally being displayed in the frontend.
Therefore you you want the submitted data to be visible for a specific field, you have to actively allow this in the field configuration.
You find this option "Frontend Display" in the FIELD-konfiguration on the tab "Advanced".

Regards,
Aicha

Thanks for your reply, I found it now.

It looks like I have to do this for every field in every form I have created. Does this mean that I have to do this manually on all fields? Or is there an easier way to do this simultaneously for multiple fields?

Thanks.

Hi,
glad you found it.
I'm sorry but you have to do it manually on each field.

Aicha

Thanks,

It would have been handy to do this as batch action, but manually works too - fortunately it's only a one time thing to do. As long as it works, that's most important!
Thanks!
