When a field has a tooltip on a bootstrap 4 form the send button is disabled

I have forms where I set Bootstrap4 in the layout section of the form.
When minimum 1 field on my form has a tooltip, the send button on the form gets DISABLED="DISABLED" in the style definition which makes sending the form impossible.
The error message in the browser console says that .tooltip is not a function.
Is there something missing in the javascript library for these forms?
I saw these posts where other javascript libraries may be the problem, but I checked that.

It helped me out here actually by not using any tooltip in my forms so that the forms work.

I use Visforms 3.14.9 on Joomla 3.10.5 and Helix Ultimate 2.0.5 Template from JoomShaper.

Hello Marco,

what I am able to tell you right now is that a disabled form send button is by design.
Whenever any JavaScript error happens and the JavaScript code execution ends (error '.tooltip is not a function'), the button does not get enabled after page load.
That is for security and other reasons - for a form to function well with all its features (e.g. validation is critical) we have to assure all JavaScript code works.

JavaScript errors on clean code are often a result of incompatible versions of loaded libraries.
As I sadly do not have any experience with your template of choice, there is not really anything more I could help you with at the moment.

Browsers offer great tool support to investigate the error circumstances in detail ...
