Is there any way to make the next page go to the top?

Thanks

Hello mssystem@uvic.ca,

The buttons for control and navigation are always shown together in the form below the last input field, an optional Captcha and any error messages.
This is no different with the multi-page form with its multiple pages.

The buttons do not appear primarily centered in the middle of the page but at the very end of the form.
The optional progress indicator is displayed at the top of the form for multi-page forms.
This cannot be changed by configuration.

See also the following screen shots:

The buttons for control and navigation are contained together in a <div class="visBtnCon"> tag.
This <div> tag is always the last bottom HTML tag in the enveloping <fieldset> tag for multi-page forms.

This position is very difficult to move with CSS.
With some additional custom JavaScript for the form, inserted into the template, it would be quite possible, but this requires sufficient knowledge.

Kind regards, Ingmar

 I recommend you the new and up-to-date documentation for Joomla 5:

Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 4.
Please only ask 1 question per topic :-).

 Ich empfehle Dir die neue und aktuelle Dokumentation für Joomla 5:

Das meiste gilt rückwirkend auch für Joomla 4.
Bitte immer nur 1 Frage pro Thema stellen :-).
