Problems installing on Joomla 4

Hi,

Installation says successful but when going to the component (Dashboard, Forms and Form Factory) I am getting the following error:
0 Class 'Visolutions\Component\Visforms\Administrator\Extension\VisformsComponent' not found

I am using Joomla 4.2.3 (have tried with 4.1.5 too), PHP 8.1 (have tried with 8.0 & 7.4 too).
I have checked Joomla - Maintenance - Database and everything says it is up to date.

Any idea how I can fix this please?

Your description matches an incomplete installation.
Our experience is that Joomla 4 has incomplete installations much more often than Joomla 3.

In our experience, after a new installation, it usually worked.
I therefore recommend that you simply carry out the installation at least one more time.

If this should also not lead to success, a detailed error report would be very helpful for us.
To get an accurate error report, enable maximum debugging in the Joomla administration before reproducing the error:

Dashboard --> Global Configuration, tab 'System', parameter 'Debug System' = 'Yes'
Dashboard --> Global Configuration, tab 'Server', parameter 'Error Reporting' = 'Maximum'

Sufficient write permissions for the file system within the Joomla instance are also important.
Please check whether this is actually the case.

If repeating the installation and the debugging information doesn't help, the question is whether you can provide us with an Akeeba backup of the site.

I had a few days off.

Sending files with WeTransfer is really very easy.
On the WeTransfer website:

- Create an account and be logged in.

- Fill out the small transfer dialog:

- Click on the blue plus button and add the desired file.
- Enter our email address (contact@vi-solutiuons.de) as 'Email to'.
- Your sender email address is already entered.
- Click on the blue button 'Transfer'.

- You will get a small transfer summary.

- The sender receives an email notifying about the transfer with the download link.
- The recipient receives an email notifying them of the transfer with their personal download link.
