Joomla 6 Notice

Hallo Ingmar, danke, dass du dich nochmal meldest.

Du hast recht, es war eine Migration von Joomla auf Joomla 4. Diese habe ich nach Anleitung gemacht, sonst würde es ja nicht laufen. Die Download ID wurde im Visforms-Dashbord mit Klick auf Update-Button hinterlegt.

Habe ich mehrere Download-IDs? Ich sehe immer nur die eine in meinem Visforms-Kunden Menü. Das wäre auf jeden Fall hilfreich zu wissen, da ich demnächst einige J3 Installationen auf J4 upgrade.

Guten Morgen Silke,

Migration auf Joomla 4 nach Anleitung ist perfekt!
Wichtig ist vor allem, Zitat:
Sie müssen vor dem Joomla Update mindestens die Visforms Basis Paket Version 3.0.0 und die Visforms Subscription Version 3.5.5 installiert haben.

Ich habe gerade erfahren, dass jeder Benutzer genau 1 Download-ID hat.
Deine Download-ID aus deinem Benutzer-Menü unserer Webseite ist also auf alle Fälle die richtige!

Dieser Fehler kommt auf Joomla 3 hin und wieder vor, trotz gültiger Download-ID.
Es hat mit den Eigenheiten des Joomla 3 Download Managers zu tun.

Ich habe eine Ergänzung für unsere J4 Dokumentation mit den Lösungs-Schritten geschrieben und gerade online gestellt.

HTTP Fehler 403 trotz gültiger Download-ID:
docs.joomla-4.visforms.vi-solutions.de/d...BCltiger-download-id

Damit sollte es bei deiner nächsten Migration auf alle Fälle klappen.
