To do this, log in with the user who bought the subscription.
The downloads for Visforms and the subscription for Joomla 3 and 4 can be found on the start page under the menu item 'Downloads'.
Enter your Download ID in Joomla in the Visforms dashboard (click on the 'Update' button there) to use the Joomla update manager.

The content of the product email with the subscription attached is harmless and safe and will only be rejected in a few exceptional cases.
Various spam filters in different places or gray listings can be possible reasons.
Some providers, including Gmail, sometimes do not accept ZIP files at all because they are considered a threat.
The file with the installation for Joomla 4 attached to the e-mail is about 2 MB in size.
This could have exceeded the maximum storage quota of the e-mail account.
Unfortunately, it is technically not possible to send the e-mail again.
