How do I enable the Full Version of VISForms?

when i login to the website and go to download I only see free versions not subscription versions and with the subscription.zip that you will not resend then i am dead in the water. I am starting to be sorry about trying this at all to be honest.

the Joomla Update Manager is a standard component of Joomla and is not part of Visforms or the Visforms Subscription.

You can find the Joomla Update Manager as follows:
Joomla --> Administration --> System --> Group 'Update' --> Extensions
Relative URL: index.php?option=com_installer&view=update

The entry of your download ID in the Visforms dashboard, which is a prerequisite for using the Joomla Update Manager, is explained in the Visforms documentation as follows.

Update via the update manager:

Hello Neil,

if you are logged in with the user who bought the subscription, you will see the subscription downloads.
This has worked flawlessly for thousands of subscription users for years.

If you are unregistered or logged in with another user, you will only see the free versions.

I can see in the administration that you were logged in and active on 01/12/2023 18:19.
Your user group is also correct and you must be able to see the downloads.
This is extremely strange as it only occurs with you.

Can you please email me your password?
I would use this to test log in and see for myself.
You can then immediately reset your password to a different one.

Ok maybe I am blind - but for the life of me, I cannot find this subscription download you speak of. Please forward a screenshot of this please?

You're certainly not blind, but do you actually know and understand what you're seeing?

What is there not to understand about the following?

- a link 'Visforms Subscription 4'
- a button below each one with the inscription 'Available versions'

The Visforms Subscription is installed using a so-called package installation.
This means that there is only a single installation file.
When installing this one file, all extensions, plugins and features of the subscription are completely installed.
