I got this error when installing the subscription.zip sent to me

Warning
JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist [ROOT][TMP]/install_63da60e735bc7/packages/install_63da60e739d08/admin/components/com_visforms/js/splitter.js×
success
Installation of the package was successful.

And This Error 
Class "Visolutions\Component\Visforms\Administrator\Model\VispdfsModel" not found

When I try to do anything in the Extension?

Please Help?

Hello AceFAB,

Errors caused by missing files after an incomplete installation are usually corrected by a repeated second installation.
Can you please run the installation again and see if the error is gone?

In any case, the 'splitter.js' file is contained in the zip archive subscription.zip.
I suspect that it accidentally hits the process of copying this file through the Joomla installer.

It is possible that something fundamentally does not work reliably in Joomla on the server.
It is possible that in Joomla the zip archive file extraction does not work properly and the files are not extracted completely.
The absence of the 'VispdfsModel' file after installation points in the same direction.

You had already reported this error in another topic:

I'm surprised that the installation runs flawlessly everywhere else.
