Keep Linebreaks in textarea field

I use textarea field with setting Keep Linebreaks ON. The goal is, if user enter some txt and hit enter as new line...text must be formated in lines in all exports and emails. In PDF is ok. In email and summary page is in one line.

the description of this setting (in the field configuration) is:
"Keep linebreaks in user inputs in e-mails, frontend data views and pdf export (pdf export is only available with the subscription)."

So this setting is not accounted for on the summary page.

But as far as I can tell from looking into the code, in the e-mails it should be used.

I need some basic formating in summary page to.
I try to enable HTML editor option in textarea field, but it is not the same as TinyMCE setings (see images).

this is correct and the intended behavior.
Editors like the TinyMCE have very extensive functions.

The texarea in the form is all about editing and formatting the text.
For this reason, the TinyMCE is statically configured at this point.
