Joomla 5 Notice

We are pleased to announce that as of January 29, 2024, all of our Joomla extensions are compatible with Joomla 5.

udpate auf die neueste Version (Visforms 3.1.1 für Joomla! 3 oder Visforms 2.1.1 für Joomla! 2.5).

Nein, in der Ergebnismail sollte automatisch die E-Mail desjenigen drin stehen, der das Formular ausgefüllt hat, es sei denn, das Formular hätte überhaupt kein Feld vom Typ e-mail, denn dann wäre die E-Mail des Webseitenbenutzers ja nicht bekannt.

Sorry dass ich jetzt erst antworte, bin nicht täglich in dem Bereich tätig

Also ein Feld Email ist im Formular angegeben. In der eingehenden Mail steht diese auch drin. klickt man dann auf Antworten, schickt man sich selber eine Antwort und nicht an die Adresse im Forumlar.

oder habe ich da jetzt was fasch verstanden. Habe das Formular erst einaml wieder von der seite genommen.

Hi,

also die E-Mail Adresse des Webseitenbenutzers steht im Von-Header der Mail, aber wenn du auf antworten klickst wird an eine andere Adresse geantwortet?
Gibt es da einen "RelpyTo" oder "Antworten" Header in der Mail?

Hallo Aicha,

habe mir das mit einen Bekannten zusammen angeschaut. Das Problem saß zwischen den Ohren :angry: Eine Einstellung geändert und schon waren die Absenderadressen sichbar und man konnte auch antwort. Funktioniert alles bestens.

Vielen Dank für die Hilfestellung und Geduld.
