Hi
I have just discovered a recent error on our site with a 'Missing Form' Error

The links affected are located in Joomla Mosiac Grid. Below is the link path and the resultant 

    
Link path to webform being changed on click from this:                           
index.php?option=com_visforms&view=visforms&id=9?&form9item-name=FR4b Straight slat and motif

To this:
 /component/visforms/visforms/9-quote-external-straight-fretwork?Itemid=370?&form9item name=FR04b%20Straight%20slat%20and%20motif
Creating a 'MISSING FORM' Error

Hoping someone is able to shed some light on the solution. the existing links have been working seamlessly for years.

Hi Kerry,

index.php?option=com_visforms&view=visforms&id=9?&form9item-name=FR4b

this link does contain two question marks.
This is not a valid URL
The second ? after id=9 is incorrect.
