Move uploaded files from tmp folder

Hi. I have the problem that uploaded files all are stores in tmp folder. Because I have multiple forms with submitting field (one for each school class) I would like to move allready submitted files to other folders e.g. 1semester23F, 2semester23F etc. and have the new path in the frontend (I will use Filezilla for this). I was first later aware that the default folder could be changed in admin part in Visforms. My wish:
Before:  mydomain.com/tmp/filexxxx_xxxxxxxxxx.mp4
After:  mydomain.com/1semester23F/filexxxx_xxxxxxxxxx.mp4

So briefly: The first submitted files where stored in the tmp folder and I wish to move them to new foldes and still have usable links in the frontend.

Is that possible?

I have found out on own hand

It was just to modify the existing table rows in the sql database and change name for the file upload folder and move the files from tmp folder to the repective folders.
