PDF demo and subscription dashboard

I am currently working on generating a PDF documents with the data from the forms. I try to follow the instruction from the documentations but the dashboard shown on the screenshot does not equal to mine. My dashboard seems to be the free version of visforms despite I install the subscription package to my Joomla website. May I ask how can I fix the problem, do I need to uninstall and reinstall visforms? Thanks.

The top menu entry of the Visforms component is called 'Dashboard' and shows the 'Visforms Dashboard'.
The version information is in the bottom line of this 'Visforms Dashboard'.
This version information tells you directly whether you have a subscription installed.
If the subscription is missing, it is explicitly mentioned in the version information.

Whether the subscription was installed successfully is described in the documentation:

The Visforms dashboard has nothing to do with working with PDF templates.
Unfortunately, I don't know exactly what you're talking about and which 'dashboard' you actually mean and what you expect (documentation).

Can you please attach a screenshot of your 'dashboard' and a link to the documentation?

Thanks for the reply. Attached are couple screenshots of the visforms dashboard, it says I am still in the free version, but I do have access to some of the subscription features like My Submission etc.

This has now clarified the situation for me.

Visforms Dashboard:
In the middle there is a clear note with the text 'This is the free version of Visforms'.
The version information is in the bottom line of this 'Visforms Dashboard' reads: Visforms Version 5.0.5 without Subscription.

Situation:
There is no subscription installed on the website.

Solution:
You have purchased a subscription and can download the installation on our website after logging in.
You then have to install the subscription on your site.

How this works exactly is described in the documentation, like everything else.

Please note:
Buying the subscription does not change any of your website.
In order to use the subscription, you must first install it on your website.

your screenshots have very low resolution and are difficult to decipher.

As in many other forums, you can also search for individual terms here.
I recommend that you do this to find a solution more quickly.
