Joomla 5 Notice

We are pleased to announce that as of January 29, 2024, all of our Joomla extensions are compatible with Joomla 5.

Hello kmchong,

As soon as the subscription has been installed, this block disappears.
It is replaced by the block where you can enter your download ID.

If no subscription is installed, this block always appears.
I therefore assume that you have purchased a subscription, but the subscription has not yet been installed on the site.

The installation is described in the documentation.

Hello kmchong,

Entering the download ID is described in the documentation.
There you will also find all other explanations on all other topics.

Right at the top it describes where you can get your download ID.

Attention:

It is not enough to buy the product and have the license.
You must install the product to be able to use it on your site.
You must enter your download ID as described above to use the Joomla Update Manager.
