Joomla 5 Notice

We are pleased to announce that as of January 29, 2024, all of our Joomla extensions are compatible with Joomla 5.

Re: Can't find the 'Manage Subscription'!

You're looking in the wrong place.
You must not search for 'Manage Subscription' on our website.

You must search for 'Manage Subscription' in your Joomla instance under:
Components >> Visforms >> Visforms Dashboard

Re: No such Icon!

The entire 'Manage Subscription' group including the icon is located in your Joomla instance under:
Components >> Visforms >> Visforms Dashboard

The entire 'Manage Subscription' group including the icon only appears after you have installed the subscription on your Joomla website.

The installation of the subscription is described in the documentation.
Subscription installation instructions:

Conclusion:

You must install the subscription on your Joomla website in order to
- see the 'Manage Subscription' group including the icon,
- be able to use the subscription on your Joomla website.

If you encounter further problems:

If, contrary to expectations, you encounter further problems, please attach meaningful screenshots of Visforms from your Joomla website.
With screenshots of Visforms from your Joomla website, I can see for myself what situation you are in.
