Hallo Ingmar,

bitte entschuldige die späte Antwort.

F3: Ich versuche mit einem Pen auf dem Touchdisplay des Microsoft Surface Book in das Signature-Feld zu schreiben.

F4: Ich kann mit dem Pen auf dem Touchdisplay des Microsoft Surface Book einzelne Punkte in das Signature-Feld setzen, aber nicht schreiben. Das Feld scheint nur auf einen Klick des Pens zu reagieren.

Hallo Alex,

vielen Dank für deine genauen Angaben und genaue Beschreibung des Fehlers.
Ich denke wir wissen nun ausreichend genau, worin das Problem genau besteht.

Wir verwenden für die Zeichen-Funktionalitäten im Signatur-Feld die verbreitete externe Bibliothek 'jSignature':
willowsystems.github.io/jSignature/#/about/

Es könnte sich um einen Bug in jSignature oder Visforms handeln.
Wir werden uns mögliche Ursachen genauer anschauen.
Ich habe dazu einen Issue zur Entwicklung in der Bug-Liste angelegt:
Issue [VF-1485] Forum: Signature Field: Pen on the touch display of the Microsoft Surface Book only draws dots, no lines

Wenn wir einen Bug-Fix releasen, wirst du explizit über das Release hier im Thema informiert.

Zu: Signature Pad.

Du hast Anfangs geschrieben, das Problem mit der durchgezogenen Pen-Linie erscheint nicht auf der Test-Seite 'Signature Pad Demo' der JavaScript-Bibliothek von ‘Signature Pad’.

Zu: jSignature in Visforms.

Wie oben beschrieben, nutzt Visforms die Bibliothek von ‘jSignature’.
Dazu folgende Bitte und Frage 5 an Dich.

Kannst du mit deinem Microsoft Surface Book mit Windows 11 auf folgende Seite von ‘jSignature’ gehen und ausprobieren, ob das Problem dort besteht oder nicht?

das Problem besteht auch auf der Testseite von jSignature. Ich habe dir zur Verdeutlichung ein Video gemacht, in dem das Verhalten auf beiden Demoseiten zu sehen ist.
