Hallo,
ich bin auf meinem lokalen Server eine Website am aktualisieren.
Soweit lassen sich alle Erweiterungen problemlos instalieren außer Visforms Subscription 5.6.1.
Bekomme die Meldung "Internal Server Error".
Es ist die freie Visforms Version 5.6.1 instaliert und diese wollte ich auf Visforms Subscription 5.6.1.aktualisieren.
Ich nutze:
Joomla! 5.4.0 Stable
PHP-Version 8.2.12

Wo liegt der Fehler?

Hallo Anja,

Visforms wird von zehntausenden von Nutzern verwendet.
Alle bekannten Fehler werden umgehend behoben und aktuell sind uns keine ähnlichen Probleme bekannt.
Alle Installationen und Update-Vorgänge von Visforms funktionieren ebenfalls ohne bekannte Fehler.

Aufgrund von ungünstigen Serverkonfigurationen oder ungünstiger Konfiguration der Joomla Instanz kann es durchaus zu Problemen bei der Installation/dem Update kommen.
Ein genauer PHP-Fehlerbericht wäre für uns sehr hilfreich.

Um einen genauen PHP-Fehlerbericht zu erhalten, aktiviere das maximale Debuggen in der Joomla Administration bevor du den Fehler nachstellst:
Dashboard --> Konfiguration, Reiter 'System', Parameter 'System debuggen' = 'Ja'
Dashboard --> Konfiguration, Reiter 'Server', Parameter 'Fehler berichten' = 'Maximum'

Hallo Aicha, es wird nur ein Fehler von djmediatools angezeigt: Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in C:\Server-neu\htdocs\betten-25\components\com_djmediatools\helpers\helper.php on line 227
