How to send the entire form "as seen on screen" via email.

We have forms that contain data fields AND typed in text above or below the data field.

We would like to send the same idential copy of the input screen to an email address showing all text and all field selections.

Select:  ACTIVE SHOOTER - INSIDE BUILDING in the right menu.

The form that is visible is what we want to send to the end recipient with all text and all fields as shown on the form.

Customized Emails:

You can configure customized emails, inserting field labels/field values ​​in various formats as well as any custom text.
Text formatting is also possible.

This allows you to create email templates and send emails after successful form submission that look exactly like the form itself.

Identical Copy of the Input Screen:

Sending a screenshot as a verbatim identical copy of the form is not possible.
